Lucknow: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday accused the Tamil Nadu govern-ment of using the language issue to hide its “corrupt activities, scams and scan-dals”, while asserting that the Bharatiya Janata Party government at the Centre was not opposed to any south Indian language.Mr. Shah said they would go to each village and expose the intent be-hind raking up the issue of Hindi imposition by the DMK-led government. Replying to a debate on the working of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in the Rajya Sabha, Mr. Shah said terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir were buried where they were killed and there had been no proces-sion of the bodies since 2019. “We shoot them bet-ween the eyes as soon as we spot them,” Mr. Shah. said, referring to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s re-mark during Bharat Jodo Yatra that he saw terrorists from a distance in Kashmir.
