अंततः योगेन्द्र यादव आम आदमी पार्टी से निकाल दिए गए. पार्टी से निकाले जाने और फिर केजरीवाल और उनकी टीम पर हमला बोलने की वजह से यादव इस सप्ताह चर्चा में रहे.
After a five-hourlong disciplinary committee meeting on Monday, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) finally expelled four senior members -Yogendra Yadav , Prashant Bhushan, Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha. The late night development -the decision was announced at 11.30 pm -came after national disciplinary committee members Dinesh Vaghela, Pankaj Gupta and Ashish Khetan deliberated over the replies filed by them.

आम आदमी पार्टी की ओर से दिए गए कारण बताओ नोटिस का जवाब देते हुए बागी नेताओं ने सोमवार को तीखा पलटवार किया. इसके बाद पार्टी ने देर रात योगेंद्र यादव, प्रशांत भूषण, प्रो आनंद कुमार और अजीत झा को पार्टी से निकाल दिया.

आम आदमी पार्टी से निकाले जाने से पहले चारों बागियों, प्रशांत भूषण, योगेंद्र यादव, प्रो आनंद कुमार और अजीत कुमार झा ने पार्टी की अनुशासन समिति पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए. अनुशासन समिति की तरफ से भेजे गए शो कॉज नोटिस में इन नेताओं पर पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों में शामिल रहने, पार्टी के खिलाफ अभियान चलाने, विधानसभा चुनाव में पार्टी को हराने की कोशिश करने, कार्यकर्ताओं को भड़काने, पार्टी को तोड़ने की कोशिश करने जैसे कई संगीन आरोप थे. नोटिस का जवाब देते हुए भूषण और यादव ने अनुशासन समिति में पंकज गुप्ता और आशीष खेतान की मौजूदगी पर सवाल उठाए.

दिल्ली की सत्ताधारी आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने बगावत करने वाले अपने नेताओं प्रशांत भूषण, योगेंद्र यादव, आनंद कुमार और अजित झा को सोमवार को पार्टी से निकाल दिया. इसी के साथ ही पार्टी में चल रहा आंतरिक घमासान आखिरकार अपने अंजाम तक पहुंच गया. पार्टी प्रवक्ता दीपक बाजपेयी ने कहा, ‘पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय अनुशासन समिति ने प्रशांत भूषण, योगेंद्र यादव, आनंद कुमार और अजित झा को निकालने का निर्णय लिया. इन लोगों को भारी अनुशासनहीनता, पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों और पार्टी आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन करने के आरोप में निकाला गया.’

आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) ने कड़ा कदम उठाते हुए प्रशांत भूषण, योगेंद्र यादव और दो अन्य को पार्टी विरोधी गतिविधियों तथा ‘घोर अनुशासनहीनता‘ के आरोप में पार्टी से निष्कासित कर दिया. इन नेताओं को दो दिन पहले पार्टी ने कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया था. इन नेताओं को पार्टी से निकाले जाने का फैसला राष्ट्रीय अनुशासन समिति ने लिया, जिसने कहा कि वह कारण बताओ नोटिस के लिए मिले जवाब से संतुष्ट नहीं है.

After being booted out of the Aam Aadmi Party on Monday night, former party leader Yogendra Yadav blamed his ouster on the “high command culture” developing in the outfit. Yadav said the expulsion of four leaders by the AAP leadership shows that the party had failed to counter the high command culture that dominates Indian politics.
