एक अरसे तृणमूल कांग्रेस में नंबर दो की पोजीशन पर चल रहे मुकुल रॉय की अब पार्टी में हनक ख़त्म हो गयी है. संगठन में फेरबदल के साथ ही मुकुल रॉय का सीन साफ़ हो गया. 15 फरवरी को दैनिक जागरण ने छापा- तृणमूल कांग्रेस में दिनेश त्रिवेदी के दिन फिरे- ममता ने बनाया राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष, मुकुल रॉय के पर कतरे- रेलमंत्री पद से हटने के बाद से हाशिये पर चल रहे त्रिवेदी ने कुछ दिनों पहले भाजपा के पक्ष में भी बयान दिया था, जिससे उनके पार्टी छोड़ने के भी कयास शुरू हो गए थे. लेकिन ममता बनर्जी ने अचानक उन्हें बड़ी जिम्मेदारी सौंप उनका जुड़ाव मजबूत कर दिया है. सारधा घोटाले में सीबीआइ पूछताछ का सामना करने वाले पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव मुकुल रॉय के पर कतरते हुए ममता बनर्जी ने सुब्रत बक्शी को सह-राष्ट्रीय महासचिव बनाया है. टेलीग्राफ ने खबर लगाई- thorny mukul congress तो 16 फरवरी को इंडियन एक्सप्रेस ने लिखा- Mukul ‘waiting for right time’ to open up. लेकिन 20 फरवरी को टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंडिया में छपी खबर मुकुल के लिए अच्छे नहीं थी- Mukul tries to cosy up to BJP, but fails- With relations between Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee and her erstwhile right hand man Mukul Roy deteriorating after the two by-election results in the state, Banerjee has clipped his wings and distributed his responsibilities among other party members as part of a major organizational revamp. “There are designations and there are roles for Roy , the designations remain but the responsibilities that he had so long have now been distributed among others,“ TMC spokesperson Derek O’Brien told reporters here on Thursday , making it clear that Roy will no longer be part of the party’s core group functioning in Parliament and in the state. इंडियन एक्सप्रेस ने लिखा- Trinamool makes official: Mukul Roy no longer No. 2 in party. इसके अगले दिन ही इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की खबर थी.- Mukul son takes on Mamta, Party to decide his fate in 72 hrs.
