सियासत से लापता होने के चलते राहुल गांधी का ग्राफ वैसे ही गिरा हुआ था.. इस बार उनके संसदीय क्षेत्र में उनके लापता होने के पोस्टर भी लग गए. ऊपर हंसराज भारद्वाज के बयान राहुल गांधी की और फजीहत करा दी.
कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी की बढ़ती छुट्टियों से उनकी कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष के तौर पर ताजपोशी की संभावनाएं घट रही हैं. सोनिया गांधी के नजदीकी लोगों का कहना है कि कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष को अब लगने लगा है कि छुट्टी से आने के बाद राहुल को अगर तुरंत कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष बनाया जाता है तो पार्टी के अंदर विरोध के सुर उठ सकते है.

भूमि अधिग्रहण विधेयक के खिलाफ विपक्ष को साथ ले चुकी कांग्रेस पार्टी अपने उपाध्यक्ष को लेकर सशंकित है. राहुल गांधी एक बार फिर पार्टी को मायूस कर सकते हैं. संकेत मिले हैं कि अप्रैल के दूसरे सप्ताह में होने वाली पार्टी की दिल्ली रैली से भी राहुल दूरी बना सकते हैं. जबकि, इस रैली के जरिये ताकत तौलने की तैयारी कर रहे कांग्रेस आलाकमान की मंशा आंदोलन की मशाल राहुल को सौंपने की है.
